Osceola County Sheriff Foundation, Inc. has applied to be a public 501 (c) (3) organization formed to bring together charitable donors, community leaders and non profit organizations in support of, and to encourage, non-tax based philanthropic efforts for the benefit of Osceola County Sheriff's Office Deputies, employees and their families and innovations in crime fighting. All with the goal of enhancing Sheriff's Office services and to enhance the quality of life by reducing crime and the fear of crime throughout Osceola County.

ADVISORY BOARD

The board is made up of local community leaders and entrepreneurs.

Real estate developer and banking In Central Florida for over 40 years. Former Chairman advisory board Coalition for the Homeless. One of the original Board members, for first event, Orange County Sheriff Foundation and still serving. Founder Seminole County Sheriff Foundation and serve as Chairman of the Board. A founder and Chairman Southern Bank of Central Florida. Chairman Central Florida for Colonial Bank and also State of Florida. Also, served on Holding Company Board in Montgomery Alabama. Was Chairman Southern Community Advisory board and also served on the Board of Directors till sold To Fifth Third Bank. Stayed on with Fifth Third as Chairman of Executive committee until retirement 5 years ago.

University of Florida Law School, and a former Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy where he received the Navy Achievement Medal for his service in Vietnam. He currently serves as a shareholder/partner in a law firm of Swann, Hadley, Stump, Dietrich, and Spears PA. and was managing partner for 22 years, stepping down this last year. Mr Hadley is currently serving as a trustee of the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, acting as its endowment chairman and audit chairman. He is also a founding member of the Seminole County Sheriff Foundation and acting as its treasurer. He believes that the best way to be a person who has an impact on the community is to be actively involved in its various civic and related activities on a regular basis. Mr. Hadley lives in Central Florida with his wife Carol.

He oversees all corporate operations, including the management of the flagship project; a $500 million development in Florida. There are more than 1,800 single and multifamily units of commercial retail, office, and industrial facilities totaling more than 600,000 square feet. He is responsible working with state, county, and city officials to enhance the Florida landscape with high-quality communities. A McGraw-Hill international best-selling author, James has published nine books on various financial topics. He served proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps and is the current Florida Chairman of the Department of Defense Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve. James lives in Central Florida with his wife and 2 children.
